Akarsu presents constructed narratives that explore concepts of reconciling with nature, re-examining life, and re-existing within nature, based on observations drawn from three-dimensional analyses and pictorial spatial studies. By offering subjective interpretations of the new spatial problematic that shapes contemporary perception—through diverse material choices and designs—the artist aims to reconstruct meaning within the landscape.

Inviting viewers to reflect on and question meaning in our relationship with nature, Akarsu investigates egalitarian systems among species while seeking to re-establish meaning in the landscape. At the same time, the artist emphasizes the importance of raising awareness about habitat loss and fostering collective social sensitivity.
