This exhibition focuses on shadows as an element of artistic production considered by the participants, all actively engaged in it various implications in their work.
As proof of our existence and reality standing along side each one of us, we absorb shadows and turn them into an extension of our perception, in a way that similar to re-reading forgotten poems. We perceive the forms of shadows or loose sight.
Perhaps artists may not avoid the Palaeolithic memories that turn shadow into language and a form of self expression, or they return the shadow to the darkness where it belongs.
